Did you know people who practice gratitude are more resiliant? They have more pro-active coping skills, are more likely to seek out social support during challenging times, and are more likely to grow during stressful times.

Challenge: Spend at least 30 minutes connecting with Mother Earth. Be grateful for the rich bounty she supplies. Write about your experience in your Gratitude Journal.
