Gratitude & Generosity Challenge – Day 7

Did you know gratitude boosts the immune system? Expressing gratitude and doing things for other people raises serotonin levels in the body. People that practice gratitude recover more quickly from medical procedures and manage pain more effectively.

Challenge: Lend a listening ear. Spend an uninterrupted hour with a family member or friend. Stop thinking, “Oh no I don’t have time for that.” Make the most of your time with people you care about. Why are you grateful for this person? Write about your experience in your gratitude journal.
